The Seller affirms that no portion of the Work was created using unauthorized material or generated by artificial intelligence without substantial creative input and authorship from the Seller. The Work is sold in good faith as an original property with clear provenance and creative ownership.

9. Writers Guild of America (WGA) Registration

   • The Work is registered with the Writers Guild of America to establish the original creation date and verify authorship. This registration serves as an additional layer of protection and documentation of intellectual property ownership. The Buyer is encouraged to retain the WGA registration number as part of the Premium License record.

Creative Authorship
